Bowling Baddie of the Month: Jessica Torrez 💖🎳

Hey Baddies,

As promised, I’ve got a new blog feature up—and YES, you can be featured too! The form is now live on my website under the tab “BE A BADDIE”. If you ever want me to write a blog about you, fill out that form—just like Jess did!

The only catch is you have to buy something from the shop because you'll need to submit a photo or video IN THE PRODUCT you purchased so I can include you in the blog image. That way, I can show you off properly 💅

So let’s get into it!

Say hello to this month’s Bowling Baddie: Jessica Torrez, a fierce competitor from Las Vegas who’s been slaying the lanes since she was just four years old. Bowling isn’t just a hobby for Jess—it’s a lifestyle. With every game, she’s focused on getting better, pushing herself, and leveling up her skills. That drive is exactly what makes her a true Bowling Baddie.

Jess bowled for Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, where she was named team captain for three years—hello, leader energy! Her time on the high school team sparked a deeper love for the sport and inspired her to chase bigger dreams after graduation. And she’s been on fire ever since.

One of her biggest accomplishments? Jess is a FOUR-time SNBT Women’s Champion! 🎉 For anyone unfamiliar, the Southern Nevada Bowling Tournament (SNBT) is a legendary series that’s been around for over 50 years. It’s a major event in the Vegas bowling scene, attracting both amateurs and pros from across the region. And Jess has absolutely dominated in it.

We are obsessed with bowlers who support and elevate women’s events, and Jess embodies exactly what our community stands for. After high school, she got to work, putting in the time and energy to grow—and it shows.

When we asked Jess what she loves about the Bowling Baddies community, she told us it’s our message of support: “No matter who you are, where you come from, or your skill level, you’re welcome here.” She shared how much it meant to her that we had her back during her recent appearance at the USBC Queens, even though the results weren’t what she had hoped for. Jess—we are SO proud of you for showing up, putting yourself out there, and repping the Bowling Baddies with courage. You're already planning your return for the 2026 USBC Queens, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.

And just before the Queens, Jess made some serious waves at the USBC Women’s Championships, also held in Vegas. In her doubles event, she bowled a 299 (yes, a ringing ten robbed her of the 300 😭) and finished with a 797 series. 🔥 She followed that up with 699 in singles and 673 in team, bringing her Diamond All-Events total to an incredible 2,169. Talk about consistency and power!

We also want to shout out her amazing **support crew—her family and husband—**who were right by her side during these big events. Jess shared that sometimes the nerves can get to her, especially at major tournaments, but her people kept her grounded, proud, and focused on what matters. That’s what it’s all about.

Jess, thank you for being such a shining example of what it means to be a Bowling Baddie: passionate, persistent, powerful, and positive. We’re so lucky to have you in this community and we can’t wait to see what you do next.

Congratulations, Jess—you’re our Baddie of the Month, and you deserve every bit of this spotlight!

Love you, baddies 💕
